2002 Optimist Relays March 16, 2002 hosted by Sumter High School The Optimist Relays is the major track and field event on Sumter High School's home track schedule. The Sumter High School Track team is rich in tradition, having won 8 state championships since 1980 including the 1999 and 2000 titles. We invite you to join us in this spectacular meet as we continue our tradition of excellence.

Awards Medals will be awarded to the 1st and 2nd place teams in each event and ribbons will be awarded to places 3-5. An Outstanding Athlete award will also be given to the outstanding male and female performers of the meet. Results Results will be available on this website by midnight on the Sunday proceeding the meet.
